DMCA / Copyright Policy

Funvertex respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, and how a user can respond to a takedown with a counter-notice, consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
1. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Funvertex infringes your copyright, submit a written notice via the Support Center that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The URL or other specific location of the material you claim is infringing.
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the reported content, notify the account that posted it, and may suspend accounts with repeated infringement. Reports made in connection with a post or profile also flow through our in-app reporting system for review.
3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within the timeframe required by law unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in the infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringers
Funvertex will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
5. Content Theft Protection
To deter unauthorized redistribution, photos uploaded by creators are automatically watermarked with the creator's profile link, and media is served only through access-controlled endpoints rather than public URLs. These measures support enforcement but do not replace the notice-and-takedown process above.
